UMEUS offers student housing with cozy, custom designed rooms and plenty of communal areas enabling studying, lounging and connecting with other students. There is also staff on site, who are always ready to assist the students with their everyday needs.
Launched in 2021, UMEUS operates currently within the Copenhagen area in Denmark and in Trondheim, Norway.

Noli Studios
Studios with central locations that adapt to your lifestyle and not the other way around.
Noli Studios offers an alternative to traditional rental apartments, with flexible stay and the amenities of a hotel. All studios are equipped with a kitchen and can be booked fully or lightly furnished. In addition, there are plenty of shared spaces crafted for lounging, working and dining together as well as monthly events and activities.
Noli Studios has expanded heavily in Finland, with currently 7 sites live within the metropolitan area. In 2023 the concept also went international, when Poland’s first site opened in Mokotow, Warsaw. Poland’s second Noli Studios – in Wrzeszcz, Gdańsk – is currently under construction.
