UMEUS offers student housing with cozy, custom designed rooms and plenty of communal areas enabling studying, lounging and connecting with other students. There is also staff on site, who are always ready to assist the students with their everyday needs.
Launched in 2021, UMEUS operates currently within the Copenhagen area in Denmark and in Trondheim, Norway.

Noli Studios
Studios with central locations that adapt to your lifestyle and not the other way around.
Noli Studios offers an alternative to traditional rental apartments, with flexible stay and the amenities of a hotel. All studios are equipped with a kitchen and can be booked fully or lightly furnished. In addition, there are plenty of shared spaces crafted for lounging, working and dining together as well as monthly events and activities.
Noli Studios has expanded heavily in Finland, with currently 7 sites live within the metropolitan area. In 2023 the concept also went international, when Poland’s first site opened in Mokotow, Warsaw.
Noli Studios will expand its presence in the Polish market by opening two sites in Gdansk during 2025.

Launched in 2021, Siljangade offers studios that combine home and office for the convenience of hard-working professionals with a fast-paced lifestyle. With functional shared spaces Siljangade enables its residents to combine living, working, socializing and networking in a unique micro-city styled environment for likeminded people.
Common areas such as fully equipped gym, lounge, rooftop terrace, in-house eatery, office and meeting rooms are within arm’s reach making sure no time nor productivity is wasted on seeking out services.
